In case you haven’t already seen the latest installment in the photo diary of Kate and William’s new lives as parents here’s a look at the official family photograph of the Royal couple of the moment, taken by none other than Kate’s Dad, Michael Middleton. And of course no new photo of Kate on cocomamastyle.com would be complete without telling you where she got her dress!
It was maternity and nursing brand, Seraphine that Kate turned to for this official portrait and in fact it is the same as the £46 dress she wore when the new family headed to Kate’s parents’ house in Bucklebury a few weeks ago (see previous post here). Last time it was the lavender, blossom print version but this time Kate opted for the plain fuchsia – a great choice for a family portrait; block colour in a flattering cut which adds colour to the photo without drawing attention from the star of the show, Prince George who was swaddled in white.
Knot front dresses, all Seraphine
New season style
Set to head back to ‘work’ in her royal duties in a month’s time, Kate must already be having to think about her post-maternity working wardrobe. She doesn’t need to worry though, if Kate’s style from the past year is anything to go by every look will be totally mum- and work-appropriate in her trademark elegant style.
