And so another London Fashion Week has been and gone, and while the focus should really be on next season’s designer collections, we’re all too busy thinking about the here and now and in our unpredictable weather situation, we can’t possibly think about the trends for next summer! Here’s where Street Style comes into its own and although some OTT looks may just serve to get the most street snaps under their belt, others showcase styling ideas which can actually translate into real (a.k.a non-fashiony) life.
I teamed up with George* and hit the streets armed with my camera to style-spot and share my snaps with you. I’ve recreated some of the looks of the fash-folk (and me!) with some key casuals.
CocoMama Style
I built a monochrome look around a grid print coat and added a splash of red. Out came my A/W staple leather leggings which I paired with a long, slouchy sweater (for comfort and bottom-coverage!)
