December 1st is World Aids Day and while we’re probably busy thinking about Christmas preparations it is of course easy to forget what else is going on in the world, but while we’re buying presents we can help those in need. I’m sure you will have heard of the HIV charity (RED), set up by U2’s Bono, which partners with some of the world’s most iconic brands to create (RED) products.
One of my favourite lifestyle brands, aden + anais have collaborated with (RED) to produce a special edition collection of muslin cloths, swaddle blankets, bibs and blankets, with 10% of the retail price of every aden + anais (RED) collection product going to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS to help support mothers living with HIV.
Over 700 babies are born HIV positive in Africa every day, but (RED) are fighting to reduce this number to zero by delivering critical anti-retroviral medications to mothers inflicted with HIV.
The aden + anais limited edition collection consists of snap bibs, burpy bibs, swaddles, musys and dream blankets, all with a vibrant red print. Sales from the (RED) collection will help support the charity, with the hope that one day no child will be born HIV positive.
How the aden + anais products can help mothers in need
classic swaddle 4-pack; classic dream blanket
Can provide 12 days of life-saving medicine to help prevent a mother living with HIV from passing the virus to her baby.
classic swaddle 2-pack
Can provide 8 days of life-saving medicine to help prevent a mother living with HIV from passing the virus to her baby.
classic burpy bib 2-pack; classic snap bib 3-pack; musy 3-pack

aden + anais have kindly given me a limited edition musy pack to give away to one lucky cocomamastyle.com reader. The prize is a box of three aden+anais 100% organic cotton muslin cloths created exclusively for (RED) which retails at £19.95.
